YogaAway Instructor Training The YogaAway Instructor Training is designed to give yoga teachers the foundational principles, practices, and tools for teaching specific, proprietary yoga sequences to individuals and groups. Instructors will learn a repetoire of four distinctive yoga sequences in the areas of fitness, stress reduction, and mental focus as well as the fundamental principles and theory behind these sequences.
